ARTSN Refund Policy

At ARTSN, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted products. As a 100% natural product, no two items will look identical, and minor cosmetic imperfections are considered part of the natural beauty of each product.

With that in mind, if you are not entirely satisfied, please review the below returns and refunds policy to confirm if you are eligible for a return.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must have been purchased at regular price, we do not accept returns for sale items, unless they are deemed faulty as per below.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Faulty Items

We accept returns exclusively for items that arrive with significant defects rendering them unusable. Please note that minor cosmetic imperfections, inherent to natural materials, are not considered defects. Defects include, but are not limited to, surface cracks, warping, or other damage that compromises the product's intended function.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us at hello@artsn.com for return instructions.

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
